Type D electrode caps, pack of 10, for C and X clamps. The deep-offset cap of the GYS range: the tip is set well off the cap axis, so the clamp can reach a flange next to a step or a raised panel where a straight Type A cap would sit on the wrong surface. Used on the difficult-access arms of the GYSPOT PTI EXPERT and MASTER and on C and X clamps of the BP range. Change caps in pairs and dress them as the procedure requires; a mushroomed cap spreads the current and shrinks the weld nugget.

- Fits C and X clamp arms; check the arm page for the cap type it takes.
- Remove a seized cap with the cap removal tool (ref. 050846), never a hammer.
