Induction heating for automotive repair

Induction heats the steel without a flame, so you can release seized bolts, soften adhesives, remove glass and decals, and relieve stress in a panel without burning paint, sensors or wiring around it. GYS builds two kinds. The POWERDUCTION 37LG is a liquid-cooled 3.7 kW machine with interchangeable inductors for heavy mechanical work. The GYSDUCTION AUTO generators come as kits: Body Shop with three inductors and chocks, Complete, Mecha with the bolt inductor and foot pedal, and Glass with the glass inductor for windshield and panel-bond removal.

Inductors and accessories

Straight and 90-degree inductors for the POWERDUCTION, the S180 heat rings in five diameters, the paintless dent repair inductor, the spiral adapter, glass protections and the control pedal are all listed here with the machine they fit. Inductors are consumables; keep a spare of the one you use most.
