Refund policy
Returns
We want you to have the right equipment for the job. If something isn't right, contact us first at sales@gysusa.com or (415) 419-5824 with your order number; we issue a return authorization (RMA) number and the return address. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.
All returns must be unused and in the original, undamaged packaging, complete with every accessory, manual and part that was in the box. Items that have been used, installed, connected to power, coolant or air, or whose packaging is missing or damaged are not accepted for return.
Accessories, consumables and spare parts
May be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, in the original packaging and in resalable condition. Opened consumables (electrode caps, tips, rivets, wire, coolant, liners) and cut-to-length or specially ordered items are not returnable.
Machines
May be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in the original packaging, complete with all accessories and documentation. Returned machines are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover inspection and re-certification. Machines that have been used, installed or filled with coolant cannot be returned; defects are handled under the 2-year warranty.
Return shipping
Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, in which case we provide a prepaid label or arrange freight collection. Please pack items as they were received; damage caused by inadequate packaging is deducted from the refund.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error. Purchase orders and invoiced accounts are credited to the account.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different reference (for example a different arm or die), place a new order and return the original under the terms above; this gets the right part to you fastest.
Defective products and warranty
Every new GYS machine sold by GYSUSA carries a 2-year factory warranty from the date of sale. Defects are repaired or replaced under the warranty terms; contact us with the machine's serial number to start a claim.

- Used, open-box and clearance items sold as such
- Special orders and items ordered specifically for you from GYS France
- Opened consumables, chemicals and coolant
- Software, licences and downloadable content
