GYSPRESS riveting systems for self-piercing and flow-form rivets
Aluminum-intensive and mixed-material vehicles are joined with rivets, and the manufacturers specify the tool. GYSPRESS pneumatic riveters set and remove self-piercing rivets, flow-form rivets and, with an adaptor, blind rivets, with 8 or 10 tons of force and the OEM die kits the programs require. The GYSPRESS 10T is approved by Rivian and Hyundai, with Jaguar Land Rover in progress, and it is the riveter named in most US aluminum repair procedures. The GYSPRESS 10T COBRA, arriving in November, is its faster, lighter successor.
How the range fits together
Machines hold the riveters themselves, from the hydropneumatic HR9 and HR14 to the 10T Push-Pull Premium workstation. Arms and accessories are the HR110, HR210 and HR310 arms, extensions, blind-rivet adaptors and stands. Dies and consumables are the RMB die kits by manufacturer, individual dies and self-piercing rivets by diameter and length.
