Every new GYS machine sold by GYSUSA is covered by a 2-year factory warranty from the date of sale.

What's covered

Manufacturing and material defects under normal, intended use — diagnosed and serviced by our factory-trained team in California, with genuine GYS parts.

What voids the warranty

• Misuse, abuse, or use outside the instructions in the GYS manual
• Accidental damage, drops, or liquid/electrical damage
• Unauthorized modification, repair, or use of non-genuine parts

How to make a claim

Contact us and tell us what's going on:

• Call (415) 419-5824, or
• Use the machine support form — include your machine model, the serial number (on the white label on the back of the machine), and a description of the issue.

Keep your invoice — the warranty runs from the date of sale, and proof of purchase is required for every claim.
