Products and pricing
We sell professional welding, collision repair and battery service equipment manufactured by GYS. All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Configurable systems marked "Request a quote" are priced individually. We make every effort to display accurate product information, specifications and pricing; in the event of an obvious error, we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel affected orders with a full refund.
Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to purchase; it is accepted when we send an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues) — if payment was taken, it will be refunded in full. Payment is due at checkout through the payment methods offered.
Shipping and delivery
Orders ship from our warehouse in Rohnert Park, California. Machines shipping by freight are delivered on a pallet — we or the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Please inspect shipments on arrival and note any visible damage with the carrier; report shipping damage to us within 5 business days of delivery.
Returns and warranty
Returns are governed by our Return Policy (30 days, 35% restocking fee; repair and spare parts are final sale). New GYS machines are covered by our 2-Year Factory Warranty from the date of sale; misuse or damage voids the warranty.
Proper use of equipment
Our products are professional equipment intended for trained users. Always install, operate and maintain equipment according to the GYS user manual, applicable safety regulations, and the electrical requirements stated in the product specifications. GYSUSA is not responsible for injury or damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.
Intellectual property
GYS and related product names and logos are trademarks of GYS SAS. All content on this site — text, images, technical data and documents — is provided for use in connection with our products and may not be reproduced for other purposes without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GYSUSA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including lost profits or downtime) arising from the use of this site or our products, and our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sonoma County, California.
