GYSPOT PTI machines are the spot welders GYS builds for structural repair on today's high-strength and boron steels. They deliver up to 14,500 A with a liquid-cooled transformer gun, so the tips stay cool through a full day of pulls, and the controller sets current, force and time for the sheet stack you tell it, or reads them from the GYS synergic database.

In the United States the GYSPOT PTI GENIUS PLUS, PTI NEO and PTI PREMIUM PRO are factory-approved by BMW, Nissan, Stellantis, Toyota, Lexus, Tesla and Rivian, and they meet the published equipment specification of the GM, Ford, Honda, Kia, Hyundai, Subaru, Mercedes-Benz and Jaguar Land Rover programs. Choosing between them

The PTI NEO is the three-phase workhorse for a shop that needs certified welds without the extras. The GENIUS PLUS adds automatic sheet detection and full weld reporting for programs that audit repairs. The MASTER and EXPERT complete kits bundle the G1, G2, G4 and G9 arms most shops use. All run on 208 to 240 V three-phase; tell us your supply and we confirm the configuration before you order.
