GYSPOT PTI EXPERT (5M) - 208/240V

The GYSPOT PTI EXPERT is the heavy-duty end of the GYSPOT PTI range — everything the PTI MASTER does, plus the two things that matter when the gun is in your hands all day: a balancing arm (boom) that carries the weight of the gun, and a copper transformer built for sustained heavy-duty work.

• Balancing arm with sliding counterweight — the boom takes the load of the clamp, so the operator guides the gun instead of holding it up. This is the difference on a full day of production welding.
• Copper transformer for heavy-duty duty cycles and sustained high-amperage work.
• 14,500 A max welding current — enough for every steel on a modern vehicle, including HLE/THLE, UHLE and Boron.
• Patented manual over-opening leaving 2.95 in between the caps, and manual arm opening for 7.87 in of clearance.
• 550 daN clamping force at 117 psi, meeting OEM requirements.
• High duty cycle with a 7.9 US gal liquid-cooling reservoir on a reinforced, manoeuvrable trolley.
• Compact 26.6 lb gun with a 360° integrated rotating mechanism and an integrated transformer that keeps power draw to a 50 A fuse.
• 5 m (16.4 ft) disconnectable harness — reach anywhere around the vehicle, and detach the gun for easy maintenance.
• Traceability built in — spot counter for cap service life, USB data export and PC software supplied for reporting.
• Supplied packaged with a G1 arm. Made in France, EN 62135-1.
