The GYSPRESS 10T COBRA is the newest riveter in the GYSPRESS range: a compressed-air riveting gun that installs and removes every rivet type used in modern collision repair — self-piercing rivets, flow-form rivets and, with the optional adaptors, blind rivets — with 10 tons (100 kN) of force on panels up to 8.3 mm thick, including ultra-high-strength boron steels. Made in France by GYS.

Why the COBRA

  • Fast. Ultra-fast pneumatic approach, a rivet set in under two seconds, and automatic cylinder retraction after every rivet.
  • The right force, every time. 10 t / 100 kN, adjustable with the built-in pressure gauge, so you can follow the force the manufacturer specifies for each joint.
  • Reaches where others don't. 360° rotating arm and an XL opening: 53.5 mm without dies, 28.5 mm with B1 and B2 dies fitted.
  • Nothing to service. Sealed, maintenance-free hydraulic system.
  • Quiet and light. 65.8 dB(A) in use, about 12.5 kg (27.5 lb) in the hand, three-position trigger.
  • Your dies carry over. Takes the same HR arms, blind-rivet adaptors and RMB die kits as the GYSPRESS 10T, so the VW, Tesla, BMW, Mercedes, Rivian and Lucid die sets you already own fit the COBRA.
