GYSCAP 680E

GYSCAP 680E: a 12 V booster with no battery inside. Five supercapacitors store the energy to start a car with a flat 12 V battery: 1,600 A at start-up, 9,000 A at peak. The booster recharges itself in seconds from a vehicle with the engine running, from a cigarette-lighter socket, or from the mains through a GYSFLASH 4 A charger, so it never sits discharged in a drawer the way a lithium booster does. Supercapacitors are rated for a million charge and discharge cycles, work from -40 °C to +60 °C, and are not affected by rain or snow.

• Two start modes: automatic, and forced (SOS) for deeply discharged batteries.
• Three ways to charge: clamps on a running vehicle, cigarette-lighter cord, or mains via a GYSFLASH 4.12 (charger and cable not supplied).
• Reinforced plastic shell, 100 % copper cable, 1.5 m leads with clamps included.
• No maintenance, still operational after years of storage.
