The CARMIG-E AUTO (ref. 087675) is GYS's 200 A single-phase MIG/MAG inverter built for the body shop: steel, stainless and aluminum, continuous or chain-stitch welding so thin panels do not warp, and a three-setting front panel (wire diameter, voltage, wire speed) with the adjustment chart printed on the machine. It comes as a complete kit with two torches, rollers for both materials and consumables, on a wheeled chassis with a cylinder support, so it goes to work the day it lands.

  • 20 to 200 A, 120 A at 60% duty cycle, 90 A at 100%
  • Steel and stainless wire 0.6 to 1.0 mm, aluminum wire 0.8 to 1.2 mm, spools Ø 200 and 300 mm
  • 4-roller motorised wire feeder, 2 to 15 m/min, Euro torch connector
  • Arc dynamics adjustment (soft to hard) and chain-stitch mode for thin sheet
  • Pre-installed 36 V socket for a CO2 gas pre-heater (heater not included)
  • 230 V single-phase supply, 16 A: in the US, a 240 V shop outlet on a 20 A breaker

Supplied with

  • Steel MIG torch 3 m, Ø 0.8 mm, and a second 150 A aluminum torch 3 m, Ø 0.8 mm (ref. 063761)
  • Earth clamp with 3 m cable, Ø 0.6 contact tube, type B rollers for steel (0.6/0.8) and aluminum
  • Reinforced wheels, support for a 4 m³ (20 L) gas cylinder, torch holder and accessory storage
