AIR-FED HELMET HERMES 3/4-14 G AIR TRUE COLOR

The HERMES 3/4-14 G AIR TRUE COLOR is GYS's air-fed welding helmet for professionals who weld all day. A belt-mounted, battery-powered respirator feeds filtered air into the helmet and stops 99.8% of welding fumes and airborne particles (TH3P filter, EN 12941), while the auto-darkening True Color filter gives a natural view of the weld pool.

Why welders choose it

• Breathe clean air: three air-flow settings (170, 200 or 230 l/min) with more than 10, 8 or 6 hours of battery life; the lithium-ion battery recharges in 2 hours.
• See everything: 180° panoramic field of view with two side panels, a large 116 × 81 mm viewing area, and a clear shade 3 flip-up visor so you can inspect and grind without lifting the helmet.
• Fast, sensitive filter: 5 light sensors, 0.04 ms reaction time, delay adjustable from 0.05 to 2 s, shades 4–8 for cutting and 9–14 for welding, plus a grinding mode.
• Light on the head: the helmet weighs 866 g; the respirator unit (1.6 kg) sits on a waistband adjustable from 900 to 1300 mm and runs at 75 dB max.
• Suitable for MMA, TIG above 2 A, MIG/MAG and grinding. Filter powered by solar cells with two replaceable CR2450 batteries.
