MIG torches for GYS welders

GYS MIG torches use the Euro connector, so any torch here fits any GYS MIG welder and most other brands with a Euro socket. They are sorted by amperage and length: 150 A torches for the compact single-phase welders and thin sheet, 250 A for everyday body shop work, 350 A for heavier three-phase machines, in 3 m and 4 m. Aluminum torches carry a Teflon liner and the matching contact tips so the soft wire feeds without seizing; the fume-extraction torch connects to an extractor for welding indoors.

Choosing

  • Match the amperage to the welder, the length to the bay: 4 m reaches around a car on a lift, 3 m is lighter in the hand.
  • Keep one torch per wire on a multi-torch welder such as the P3 GYS AUTO, so steel, aluminum and silicon bronze never share a liner.
  • Contact tips, liners, nozzles and springs are listed by torch rating.
