How fast do you ship?

Orders placed before 12pm Pacific on a business day ship the same day from Rohnert Park, California. Ground takes 1–2 days on the West Coast and 3–5 days to the East; USPS Priority (1–3 days), FedEx 2-Day and Next Day are offered at checkout on parcels up to 70 lb. Machines over 150 lb ship on a pallet by freight.

How much is shipping?

Rates are calculated from the weight of your cart and your ZIP code — small parts start around $13 in the West. Orders over $300 ship free by Ground when the Ground rate is under $25, which covers most parcels under 3 lb. You can see every option before checkout with the shipping estimator in the cart. For freight on large machines, or deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada, ask us for a quote.

Where is the serial number on my machine?

On the white label on the back of the machine, in the form 24.04.069169.000XXX. With it we can identify the production batch, firmware and the exact spare parts for your unit — include it in any support request.

Do you sell genuine GYS parts and consumables?

Yes — everything on gysusa.com is the genuine GYS reference the factory fits: arms, electrode caps, dies, rivets, torches, liners, coolant and spare parts. The reference number is printed on your old part; search it in the box above, or browse parts by machine.

My machine is discontinued. Can I still get parts?

In most cases, yes. Older models such as the GYSPOT BP.LCX, PTI-S7, 2700 and 2600, the GYSPRESS 8T and the AUTOPULSE M3 have their own pages listing the accessories and spare parts we still stock, with exploded-view diagrams to identify them. Search the model name, or send us the serial number.

Which OEM approvals do GYS machines have?

GYS spot welders, riveters and pulse MIG welders are approved or listed by manufacturers including GM, Ford, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Jaguar Land Rover and Volvo. The OEM approvals page shows the current list per machine, with links to the manufacturers' own documents.

Is my GYS machine covered by a warranty?

Machines bought from GYSUSA carry the GYS manufacturer's warranty. Details are on the warranty page; for a claim, send us the serial number and a description of the fault.

Can I get a quote, pay by purchase order, or buy tax-exempt?

Yes. Use the quote form above or email sales@gysusa.com with the machines or references you need and your shop details; we reply within one business day with pricing, lead time and delivery options.
